An imaginative space for children to play and learn.
Creating a safe environment for you and your children is our absolute priority.
We have reduced our capacity to a maximum of 16 people in the play space, this includes adults, children and babies over 3 months, to allow for safe social distancing within the space.
To manage this effectively all play sessions must be booked in advance. Everyone who is entering the play space needs to purchase a ticket. This included babies (over 3 months), children and adults.
Hand sanitiser is available throughout Skyboat and we ask that you use it on arrival and regularly throughout your visit.
Our staff will continue to wear face masks. However, we respect each customer’s personal decision as to whether to wear a mask themselves or not.
In addition to regular cleaning throughout the day and deep cleaning after each booked play session, we have invested in a state-of-the-art fogging machine to allow us to sanitise the space . We have changed our opening times to allow for our extra cleaning.
Important Booking Information
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking we ask for 48hrs notice. You can reschedule your booking via the link in your confirmation email. Please make sure that you reschedule every ticket that you have booked individually.
If you would like a refund please also email us at email@example.com so that we can process this.
If you are running late, don’t worry, we will keep your space for you for the whole session. If you can’t make it last minute, I am afraid we can’t offer a refund, but it is helpful if you let us know if you are no longer coming so I can put up any spare spaces on Instagram Stories.
